Every database query is forced to filter by your agency ID at the application layer — the MongoDB equivalent of Postgres Row-Level Security. One agency's data can never appear in another's view.
Per-Agency Encryption
SSNs, bank accounts, driver's licenses, and medical notes are encrypted with a key derived uniquely for your agency. Even our own staff cannot read the raw values from a database dump.
